The Apartments, with one bedroom, are adapted to any need, and have comfortable and beautiful furniture. The living-dining room is equipped with a 43' Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
The large terrace offers side views of the sea.
The main bedroom, suite type, enjoys a private bathroom for its occupants, with TV, and large-capacity built-in wardrobes. It has an optional sofa-bed for an additional place. Optionally you can request a cot and high chair for your baby.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for daily use, such as an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, freezer, Nespresso electric coffee maker, etc.
All the apartments have an assigned parking space, and all the doors of the complex are comfortable for access by wheelchairs.
Our vacation rental apartments are located in the south of Catalonia, in the Montsià region, in the Ebro Delta, recently named a Biosphere Reserve. In an environment made up of picturesque towns that make agriculture, fishing and tourism their economic engine.
The nature that surrounds us, with long beaches of fine sand, embraced by the Mediterranean Sea, allows us to fully enjoy Alfacs Bay in the southern hemidelta, and Fangar Bay, in the northern hemidelta. The omnipresent Ebro River allows us to enjoy numerous sports and recreational activities throughout the year.
The apartment is located in the best area of Sant Carles de la Ràpita. Just 400 meters from the town's promenade, and its incredible urban beaches of fine sand, awarded with the blue flag, and only 800 meters from the town center.
All accesses are prepared for people with mobility problems. Even the access to the beach is adapted through an adapted step, and has a ramp, with a railing inside the pool to help people with reduced mobility.
The extensive landscaped common areas (3,000m2) have large swimming pools of more than 200 m2, several paddle tennis courts (reservation is required), and petanque and table tennis courts.
The Urbanization where the Apartments are located, the Vila del Far Urbanization, offers several supermarkets available to its visitors, just 200 meters away.
